About Us
We are a family-run business, founded in 1971 by Mr. Mohammed Khair Albashash. With his acquired skills in traditional Syrian furniture making, he started Omaia Establishment with the main objective to distinguish his products with quality and taste. His friendly personality and honesty in business had several clients come in, which in turn helped the company grow to what it is today.
The company was first established as Omaia Establishment and later grew to what it is called today, as Omaia International. During its initial years, Omaia Establishment was a small shop with limited capabilities. With time, dedication, and hard work, the company has now been officially rebranded as Omaia International LLC that works with important international brands in the industry.
We have been able to gain more respect and have undertaken several projects under the new management, which is Mr. Mohammed Khair Albashash’s well-educated sons, Mr. Mahmoud Albashash and Mr. Sami Albashash.
Our pursuit to create such beautiful products as furniture and home décor accessories has set us as a leader in the fine curtain and furniture market in Kuwait. Our expert team is specialized in manufacturing, fabricating, and installing premium custom-made curtains and furniture products to serve all demands of the residential and commercial sector.
